Memorial
and Tribute Program
A memorial/tribute contribution to the Kidney Foundation
of Northwest Ohio is a thoughtful gift with enduring value. Memorials
are received after the death of a loved one when their family designates
Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio as the beneficiary of a contribution
made in the deceased's name. Tributes are made in honor of a friend
or relative on their birthday or to honor a couple as they celebrate
their anniversary or other occasion. Every contribution is acknowledged
with a receipt and is deductible for tax purposes.
