Mae Williamson Volunteer of the Year Guidelines
Nominees must meet the following criteria:
 |
| 1. |
Have been a KF volunteer for 3 or
more years. |
| 2. |
Have worked in a variety of volunteer
areas; willing to serve in any capacity. |
| 3. |
Assumes responsibility for assigned
project or job. |
| 4. |
Performs volunteer service above
and beyond the call of duty. |
| 5. |
Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio
staff will nominate volunteers based on the above criteria
and will determine the award recipient. |

| The award, Mae
Williamson Volunteer of the Year, will be given out at the
Annual Meeting. Therefore the candidate and a guest will
be invited to attend. Finally, there will be an article in
the 2nd Quarter Kidney Foundation Newsletter announcing the
candidate and describing the reasons why he/she was selected. |
